Custom Personal Training


You start with a free consultation with our Exercise Physiologist and free assessment to see where you're at and what we need to do to reach your goals.


We look at the science to see how many days a week you need to exercise and what type of exercise you need. 


From there, it's up to you to "set your price" by choosing how many days a week you meet with your trainer.


On days you don't meet with your trainer, we plan a custom workout for you to do on your own, at no extra charge.
